Mass of pain: A Clinical Case

A 43-year-old female

Chief Complaint:- Abdominal enlargement and lower abdominal pain.

History:- 3 children, normal menstrual periods, no bowel or bladder complaints.

Symptoms:- Noticeable abdominal enlargement 3 months prior to seeking treatment, along with lower abdominal pain.

Physical Exam:- unilocular cystic mass with a diameter of >25 cm and a solid nodule.

Diagnosis via Ultrasound:- a large cystic mass with a solid nodule.

Key Findings: -->Large Tumor ->mass weighed 9700 grams and measured 30x28x14 cm.

Late Presentation:- The patient noticed the abdominal enlargement only 3 months prior to seeking treatment.
