Case scenario

A 23-year-old woman presents with sudden onset of severe right lower abdominal pain. She also reports light vaginal bleeding and dizziness. Her last menstrual period was 6 weeks ago. She has a history of irregular periods but no known chronic illnesses.

On examination:
Pulse: 110/min
BP: 90/60 mmHg
Abdomen: Tenderness in right iliac fossa Speculum exam: Mild bleeding from os
Per vaginal: Cervical motion tenderness present

Diagnosis?

Is it ruptured ectopic pregnancy,most probably in the right fallopian tube.

I think itโ€™s ruptured ectopic pregnancy

It can be PID or ectopic pregnancy.
