Ketogenic diet : Hit or Miss? (Introduction).

Due to increased cases of obesity in adults, and India being one of the countries where this problem is at its peak. It is directly linked to several diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and even Cancer! Therefore, to prevent these diseases and eliminating obesity, people follow several exercise plans as well as diet plans.
Ketogenic plan is one of them. Many people have found this very helpful in their weight loss journey, but for some it has been very difficult and overwhelming. Moreover, this diet is acclaimed to be one of the fastest method to lose body fat by many fitness enthusiasts as well as some trainers.
This diet plan is also followed by our favorite movie stars where they need to show their physique or combat athletes for cutting weight before their fights along with bodybuilders days before their showdown.
So, this was just a quick introduction about the ketogenic diet. I will be posting more details about this diet including mechanisms, diet plans, limitations, etc. I am more than excited for you guys to drop your views on this and I’ll see you guys in the next topic!

True, while the ketogenic diet can be effective for weight loss in some individuals, it isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Understanding its mechanisms, benefits, and limitations is essential before adopting it long term.
