How do you think people get shortlisted with their resumes?
Is it keywords? Structure? Experience? A strong summary? Or the extra courses they have done? Or is it just pure luck?
Drop your thoughts below. I would love to hear what you think matters the most while getting hired !
I think itโs keywords, but luck is also very crucial these days. A resume that truly stands out usually has a killer introduction, besides that luck will take you far!
So in my opinion for freshers online courses will be highly appreciated while seeing our resume. Because now a days no one are hiring freshers and if hired they are mainly asking about what courses you have done.
ATS friendly resumes is what matters most now. With hundreds of applications, ATS software is the primary gatekeeper, esp. in corporate world, which filters the resumes based on keywords given in executive summary, skills, etc. according to the job description provided.
Nowadays since many companies have automatic hiring protocols ATS friendly resume is needed. Also we need to connect with the talent acquisition manager also to get noticed easily.
