Cardiovascular diseases have been termed as the new pandemic.
Youngsters and adults alike, have attributed stress as the one only other causative factor, among the copious amounts of salts, saturated fats, processed sugars and lifestyle habits.
Some undeniable facts remain-

  1. People, young or old, will continue to consume foods that are cooked in saturated fats/sugars/salt, NOT because they want to, but because they cant help it.
  2. Industrial production of unhealthy foods/beverages may not change overnight, but the way we pick our eating plan is changeable.
  3. Lifestyle modifications are possible when an effort to replace it with something good is put in.
  4. The ability for a person to swap a cigarette with a breathing-work session/fresh fruit snack/gulps of a fresh made beverage, should be made understood as the sensible option.
  5. Wellness guidance should be made affordable, people fear going to dance/yoga/meditation/etc because of exceptionally high membership charges.
The red flags need to turn green, but people need to find resources that help them to.
