Every now and then I see people around me they consume PCM but they shouldn’t because:-
-It only treats symptoms — not the root cause
-Too much PCM can harm your liver
-It can mask serious conditions
But my question is when is it okie to consume it?
It’s okay to take PCM for mild fever, headache, or body aches occasionally and in the right dose. But if symptoms persist or keep coming back, it’s better to find the root cause rather than just popping a pill.
it’s about healing, not just hiding the pain.

True! Many who do not know may not realize that Paracetamol is hepatotoxic.
Just an interesting point: in the USA, it’s called acetaminophen ( N acetyl p aminophenol), popularly sold as Tylenol.
And to limit the hepatotoxicity and side effects, Tylenol comes as 325 mg tablet.
So paracetamol and acetaminophen of the same thing, but the nomenclature is different in different countries.
It’s too risky to use it the way many Indians do. It also has side effects, so it should only be used in emergency situations.
