Insomnia is tough and affects both body and mind. For me, the hardest part is calming my thoughts before sleep. I try to follow a routine, like reading or listening to soft music. Avoiding screens and caffeine really helps too. Medicines should be the last option and only with doctor’s advice. If I could fix one thing, it would be waking up feeling fresh and focused. Sleep is truly underrated.
If there is one thing to fix about my sleep, it would be a proper bedtime routine. Currently, I am sleeping a little late and is not really keeping me on track. I am trying to change it and follow an appropriate bedtime routine so that I can wake up fresh and rejuvenated and be more productive.
