Very true. In a country like India, where the majority of the population does not understand the complex medical practices, a doctor who takes time to explain this politely in simple language and takes the responsibility, making them feel that their problem is his problem, through proper communication, is always considered as the good doctor and gains the patient trust which is the most needed thing in practice.
