My patient showed up to the OPD with this mark on her left upper arm, medial side… Complained of burning and tenderness, associated with redness localised to the bite, with well-defined margins.
Initial symptoms include white/yellow halo like structure in bite site.
Prevalent since 4 days.

Based on the comments I learned that it’s a spider bite! Thanks for sharing this. What is the management for this one?
Spider bite management includes cleaning the wound, applying ice to reduce swelling, and giving pain relievers or antihistamines. Most bites are mild, but monitor for signs of infection or allergic reaction. Antivenom or hospitalization may be needed for venomous bites like from black widows or brown recluses.
