12 year old girl, after weekly swimming classes, complained of throat pain, fever, cough, fatigue and hoarseness of voice associated with irritation in ear and mild burning of eyes.
Diagnosis? Management?

Likely viral pharyngitis possibly worsened due to chlorine exposure during swimming. Management- rest, hydration, symptomatic relief, and avoiding further exposure until recovery.
