How workspace pressure and household work effects female health?

most of the time, female ignore there health and compromise their lifestyle habits, to serve others, to manage other activities, which leads to hormonal imbalance, irregular period, PCOD, etc. so, to overcome this situation we should encourage family members or their partners to show some support in there daily activates, because an entire generation of family depends upon the female and her own health is also precious.

what do you guys think, and what changes we can make to overcome this situation ?

Cooperation is the main thing.
Dividing the household works and help each other.
Doing things together will also speed up the work and will make a bond among them.

Yes , women is the one nurturing the family. So, she cannot afford to keep her health at stake .
But there should be a helping hand for a working lady. It becomes quite hectic and difficult to balance both ways.
There should be a balance so that she can give decent amount of time to her own life and her own health.

Idk why we are taught o handle both but the other gender is not expected to

Sharing the responsibilities and not burdening her helps. This is a very important to discuss.

yes it do ,

Just understanding their life chaos and giving them the necessary support wherever needed - half of the problem can be solved.

It is completely valid, whether or not she is a working women every women deserves to get help with everything

A little time and support from partners and family members can go a long way in helping the women in their lives rest and take care of their health.

Everyone needs to become responsible for household works. Not only women. Helping your family members should be a priority rather than letting them do all things alone

I completely agree. In many families, women put everyone else’s needs before their own and often ignore early signs that something isn’t right. Over time, this can affect both their physical and mental health. Supporting women shouldn’t only be about helping occasionally—it should be about sharing responsibilities every day. Small changes, like dividing household work, encouraging regular health check-ups, and giving women time to rest and care for themselves, can make a big difference. A healthy woman contributes to a healthier and happier family, so her well-being deserves to be a priority, not an afterthought.
