How Multitasking Reduces Focus and Productivity in Studies and Work"

Multitasking might seem like a way to get more done, but it often reduces focus and efficiency. When you switch between tasks like studying while checking your phone your brain needs extra time to adjust, which slows progress. This divided attention can lead to mistakes, missed details, and lower-quality work. In studies, multitasking can prevent deep learning, making it harder to remember information. At work, it can cause delays and stress. Focusing on one task at a time allows better concentration, faster completion, and higher-quality results. Setting specific time blocks for each activity and avoiding unnecessary distractions can help you stay productive. In the long run, single-tasking is more effective for both learning and professional success.

I don’t look at multitasking as doing many things at the same time.
For me, it’s more about being aware of different aspects of work and having the ability to handle them when needed.

While working, I prefer to focus on one task at a time, complete it properly, and then switch to the next one based on priority. This way, I stay productive without compromising on quality.

I personally like to do multitasking, but also try to focus on all

Setting the time for each task can help in multitasking.
