How do you incorporate physical activity into a busy routine?

Even small amounts of movement can boost health. What practical ways do you find to stay active, whether at work,home or on the go?

I go for a walk with my dog and play with her in my free time it keeps me relaxed and reduces the stress.

Watering the plants , taking the dog to walk or else hearing music also make me more active to make my day special.

Walking while studying, taking mini breaks and hearing music by jogging for 10 min

I go to gym early in the morning before my internship, so that the day is started strong, because, as the day goes on, thinking about working out, keeps on becoming more difficult
