As rightly said stress and anxiety affect our performance in exams, creating more stress for next exams, making it a vicious cycle.

Most of the times anxiety is relieved by good sleep, pranayam or a meaningful conversation with your loved ones.

Few severe cases of enxiety may need antianxiety medicines like alprazolam.

I used to think the goal was to eliminate anxiety before exams. Now I wonder if the real task is learning how to walk alongside it without letting it hold the pen.

Meditation for some time after studying or just deep breathing with eyes closed with focus solely on the breath for few minutes definitely helps to calm down the nerves.

Getting sleep helps

exams are stressful and mainly for those who start preparing when the schedule is released. music is one of the major stress busters, it calms you down. and about the preparation it’s never enough no matter how much syllabus you complete. So, I guess revising what u have already read gives u more confidence and you also don’t panic.

And also, I see many students keep on revising 5 min before the exam, it makes u forget what u have already read, so it’s better u stay calm an hour before exam so that u r mind doesn’t mix up everything.
