Hidden features of the body

You may sleep but your body never sleeps. It keeps on undergoing constant modification throughout the life time. Cells are being generated and destroyed every second. Your body is defending against pathogens. Metabolism is maintaining a homeostatis. You are being kept alive by the constant cogs spinning every day and night. Any misregulation of such a complex structure could lead to the complete destruction of the body

Brain’s wastage clearance

For a long period of time, it was thought that the brain had no waste clearance system; however, the glympatic system was found in 2012. According to this the cerebrospinal fluid is associated with the clearance of waste management of the brain. It is more active during sleep. This provides evidence for neurodegenerative conditions due to chronic sleep deprivation

Bones connect and communicate with organs

Bone marrow produces blood cells. Bones undergo constant remodelling by destruction and reconstruction. They release enzymes like osteoclastin. Strength training doesn’t just build muscle—it upgrades your biology.

You have spidey sense too

You are capable of producing goosebumps before getting scares. Your heart rate raises when you make an important decision. Your gut feelings may prove to be right

A web called fascia

The fascia is an intricate network of layer that cover most of the body surface. It transmits force throughout body. It helps in maintaining posture. It covers glands and protects them. Tight fascia could cause pain elsewhere in your body. Which is why stretching helps relieve build up stress. It acts like a sponge (Dehydration= stiffness, Movement = Elasticity)

Yesand it’s honestly mind-blowing. Our body is quietly repairing, communicating, and protecting itself every second, even when we sleep. The more we understand it, the more it feels like a living, intelligent system rather than just organs working alone.
