The human body is amazingly organized, and its true potential remains largely unknown. Every organ works tirelessly to keep us alive and active; therefore, all we can do is support these natural mechanisms without disruption.
The glow, when get enough sleep and feel refreshed, it does feel like it glows maybe not luminescent but almost like after getting a good skin treatment.
I knew about some of these but the glymphatic system and the body’s natural bioluminescence always amaze me. It’s incredible how many essential processes happen behind the scenes every second.

It’s fascinating how much we’ve already discovered about the human body, yet we’re still uncovering entirely new phenomena. Human bioluminescence was completely new to me. It makes me wonder how many more mysteries our bodies still hold that science has yet to reveal.
Our body has amazing features and it’s adapting and evolving year by year. Its organization, its characteristics, also some part i still unknown and these mysteries are uncovering day by day.
