šŸŽ“ Graduated… But Still Waiting for Life to Start

This is worth reading for many. But still the pain they undergo cannot be healed by these words. It’s easy to say, but for the person who is walking through this has to undergo alot, I believe.

Yeah, this is really frustrating. Every day, it’s the same cycle; exploring job portals, staring at the screen for hours, modifying CVs to match each job post, and still not hearing back. It’s even harder when you have a strong educational background and internship experience, yet being a fresher seems to close so many doors. Seeing friends move ahead while you’re still waiting for your turn can be tough, but I keep reminding myself that everyone’s timing is different. I just hope my opportunity comes soon, and when it does, all this struggle will finally feel worth it.

Absolutely, not everyone hits the spot at the same time. Some might get opportunities very quickly while some have to wait for a longer time. And as you said, waiting can be the first step to something bigger ahead. So, to all the ones who are yet to find a job, including myself, hold on, have patience, something better than you expected would be definitely on your way.

The lack of clarity following graduation reminds me of the lag phase in bacterial growth. There will be little noticeable shift initially, but significant internal modifications are proceeding. When the conditions are accurate, rapid growth occurs.

So relatable

This was a very insightful and comforting article to read, Thank You for sharing your views on this, the more gentle we are with ourselves, the further we can progress in ways that matter.

This post hit me deep it’s exactly what many of us feel after graduation. That silent pressure, the waiting, the comparisons… it’s tough. But I’ve learned that every delay teaches something valuable. I try to stay focused on building skills and staying ready for when my chance comes. Even if the path is slow, it’s still progress. Thanks for reminding us that our timeline is valid and our breakthrough is on the way.

A superb title. It wonderfully expresses the mindset of a job seeker.

You are absolutely correct. Most of us may now be going through such situations.

It’s really frustrating, even after completing a professional course and still in a loop of finding a job. Most recruiters need experienced professionals, then how would a fresher get an opportunity?

Feeling stuck after graduation is normal, and it doesn’t mean you’re behind. Your path is unique, and the right opportunity often comes after patience and persistence.

Sometimes we don’t even know if we are still doing intership or already working especially in corporate hospitals!!

Graduating feels like crossing a finish line only to realize it’s actually the starting line.

Many of us sit with this quiet tension: degrees in hand, but doors not opening as quickly as we hoped.

Maybe it’s not about life ā€˜starting’ after graduation, but about learning to build it brick by brick through small steps, imperfect beginnings, and opportunities we carve for ourselves.

Sometimes the waiting is just life nudging us to grow in patience, resilience, and clarity before the next leap.

Everyone has a different path. Sometimes you realise that your strengths do not align with the degree you graduated in and you may want to transition into a different career. The best competition is not with others, but with yourself. strive to be the best version of you.

A very thoughtful and a motivational one
