All above choices are good. I would add intensivist career also offers balanced life style. Stressful , but fixed and scheduled shifts offer the chance to decide time for yourself. For eg: ICU, NICU jobs. Same applies to ER jobs, but these jobs come with a price of adrenaline rush and gush.

It depends on you purely
I have seen surgeons and pediatrics resident balancing their personal and professional life well
And even pre or para clinical people who feel they are overloaded with work.
But in general yes pre and para clinicals provide more time for you outside college.
