Tips to have good nutrition
- have fruits daily. I prefer fruits over their juices
- say no to junk and oily food. Mess food is very oily try to refrain from it
- have dry nuts and makhana for protein
- stay hydrated and have plenty of water

Hmm… we can hire a cook ( khana banane wali aunty) if you are living in the flat, just have a induction or gas connection and bring some veggies and groceries i find it affordable and healthier
