As we are living in India where most of the population are even not aware of nutritional value they eat during their daily intake , but they should cause it may causes the malnutrition in the future, and ofc people should eat fiber for betterment of the gut health.

Sounds like a healthy trend! I don’t track fiber daily, but if it helps with digestion and energy, I’d totally try fibermaxxing.

It is all about eating more fiber to improve digestion and feel less bloated.
Most people don’t get enough fiber, so this trend actually makes sense if done properly.
It can help with weight control, gut health, and overall well-being.
But eating too much fiber too quickly can cause gas, bloating, or stomach discomfort.
It’s best to increase it slowly, drink enough water, and include different fiber rich foods.

Honestly, I never counted my fiber intake before, but after reading about fibermaxxing, I’m definitely curious! If increasing my fiber can boost gut health, energy, and even skin, why not give it a shot?
Just need to start slow to avoid the “fiber shock”:broccoli:

I don’t believe in all these trends according to me if you are eating home cooked food that is enough for everything.

I’m really excited to try Fibermaxing! The catchy name has definitely sparked my interest. After reading about the science-backed benefits in the article, I’m eager to see the results for myself.

I believe that if taken in considerate proportion it is beneficial. The side effects also has to be taken into consideration before blindly following trends.

I know fiber is good for the gut health , but I never tracked how much fiber I eat daily

It’s not a trend, it’s a lifestyle that I have been following since a long time.

Excess of fibre does have a lot of side effects, like bloating and flatulence…

A balance high protein diet is all what everyone should have in their lifestyle along with excercise!

Fiber maxing is a catchy label, but at its core, it promotes a solid nutrition strategy prioritise fiber rich foods, increase intake thoughtfully, hydrate, and use variety.
As in the article mentioned many sources of fiber and I will try it .
Adding chia seeds , veggies or oats can easily boost intake of fiber.

It is a good concept to take motivation from, so that one can start understanding the importance of fibers and include them in the diet. It can be the most signifcant one to include in the regular diet, as it offers protection against many lifestyle diseases that are prevalent currently such as Diabetes, CVD, Cancer, Hypertension, Autoimmune diseases etc. Anything of excess is always harmful, so fibers can be taken optimally everyday considering the gender, age, and other existing conditions or morbidities. As it plays a pivotal role in maintaining gut health through the regulation of bowel movements, intake of fiber can assist in improving the mental health too. Moreover, Indian diets are such that with a little bit of awareness and understanding, easily fiber-rich foods can be included in our day-to-day eating style.

No, I never checked it.
But, fibermaxxing is really good for health. It helps in digestion and keeps us full for long.

Fibers are the most important nutrients in the food . Daily intake of fibers helpful in the proper digestion and maintain the good gut health .fibers are the most important nutrients in the day to day life intake

No, I haven’t really tracked my fiber intake before. But this #fibermaxxing trend sounds interesting it might be worth trying if it actually helps with gut health.
Thank you

This is something our mothers have been leading for a long time now. But to deliver something to the Gen Z, you need to do it their way. And I think this ‘trend’ is on its right way. However one thing to keep in mind is to not follow the self-proclaimed influencers blindly. As the article suggested, your fibre intake and the type of fibre you consume needs to be planned in accordance to your body and health. Or else a good thing might prove to be loss instead of gain.

No I never traced how much fiber actually I eat in my daily routine.l really don’t know the fibermaxxing is such a huge benefit in our health diet.if it helpful to digestion& prevent constipation i definitely maintain balance in my diet.

Fibermaxxing is a refreshing reminder of how essential fiber is for gut health. As according to me it’s definitely a positive trend if followed wisely. Instead of jumping into extremes, a slow and steady increase in fiber along with hydration can do wonders. Social media trends are fun, but seeking science-backed habits is more of importance
It’s a positive trend and I recommend trying it👍
