Fake FMGE Certificate Racket Deepens: 3 More Foreign Medical Graduates Arrested

Rajasthan’s alleged fake FMGE certificate racket has widened, with the Special Operations Group arresting three more foreign medical graduates accused of using forged screening certificates to obtain Rajasthan Medical Council registration and secure medical internships. With these latest arrests, the total number of accused in the case has risen to 25.

Investigators allege the forged documents were used to bypass the mandatory screening process required for foreign-trained doctors to practice in India. The case has raised broader concerns about verification mechanisms, medical licensing, professional ethics, and public trust in the healthcare system.

Honestly there are so many flaws that are in the systemic procedure of fmge and how the whole thing is conducted and the after process of it.

There are unnecessary meaningless measures that are taken claiming that it’ll safeguard the whole process but there are still so many loopholes.

The documentation is really strict and the way they change the pattern every time to prevent any 2nd measures… Still there’re illigal rackets that are functioning! And it’s the genuine hardworking students who suffer!

What this case really exposes is a verification gap that should have been technically impossible in 2026 and not just individual fraud.

Medical licensing bodies have access to digital records, national databases, biometric verification. The fact that 25 people allegedly got through using forged certificates suggests the system relies too heavily on document submission and too little on backend cross verification.

The genuine students who cleared FMGE honestly are the ones who carry the credibility cost of this.

This is a major concern…yes…better screening is required to avoid fraud and let the certificate be achieved by deserving candidate
