Yes exercise is important. Atleast 3-5 days of week it should be done and 2 days can be kept for the recovery. Not only aerobic exercise, strength training is important too. Aerobic exercise helps in strengthening the heart mostly, but strength training mostly helps in balance and reducing pain in any area of the body. It helps in flexibility too, thereby reducing body pain in those areas that are not moved much. So a mixture of both of it is important for a good physical and mental health. Too much of aerobic activity alone can result in muscle loss which can make one prone to various chronic diseases too, so it has to be done in an optimal manner.

Nice
Yes it can increase your endurance
While exercise is generally known to improve pain tolerance over time, intense or excessive physical activity—especially without proper recovery—can temporarily lower pain tolerance. This is because overtraining or muscle fatigue may heighten the nervous system’s sensitivity to pain, making discomfort feel more intense. In such cases, the body becomes more reactive to pain signals due to inflammation, stress, or lack of rest. Balanced exercise with adequate recovery helps prevent this effect and supports overall pain management.
This is very fascinating to read into! One would think with how much rigorous exercise hurts at times, one’s pain tolerance would increase. Who would have guessed!
