When our body releases digestive gases, there’s no scientific evidence that farting directly lowers blood pressure or improves heart health.
Suppressing gas can cause discomfort and bloating, but won’t lead to high pressure or heart disease.
If we don’t release, then it may cause
-Abdominal pain.
-Digestive issues.
-Increased blood pressure.
-Loss of appetite.
-Gas reabsorption.
-Bloody stools.
Be comfortable with letting it out.

Farting is a normal part of digestion everyone does it, about many times a day, even if they don’t notice.

It’s a natural thing our body does. Many people feel shy about it, but holding it in only causes pain and discomfort. We should not feel bad for doing something that helps our body feel better. Let it out and stay healthy.

Don’t be shy about farting. As it may create health issues by don’t releasing it. It is a natural process ,so feel free to fart.
