Interesting post, Paraffin wax really does have so many uses. In fact, during my pharmaceutics practical’s I worked with paraffin while preparing ointments and creams it’s often used as a base to give stability and smooth texture. Apart from that, it’s also used in paraffin baths for joint pain relief and even in histology labs for tissue embedding. Amazing how one simple material finds its way from skincare and pharma to medical therapy.
