This affects our health in long run. Because parabens and synthetic fragrances phthalates are the ingredients that are used in cosmetics for temporary glow of the skin but after using the cosmetics in the long term it will affect our skin with small pores, darkness of the skin and early aging is also seen in the people if they are in young age.

Yes taking parabens and other temporary fragrances can helps us to glow but not for longer duration and for the glow we will be re applying it and by using it more and more our skin will be practice to it and without that our skin will be glow less and will not be looking good. Even deodorant there are many deodorant some used to give fragrance while some used to give nice smell as well as skin whitening. But they also have some side effects . Using them less can have less side effect on our skin.

Definitely. These can cause skin irritations, roughness, rashes and redness, and other allergic reactions. Mild application is fine, but when we start to use it everyday, then it’s an issue. In long run, it will not only impact the skin, but it can cause other severe health issues too as these are irritants. Parabens should be avoided in all skin products, as it can cause acne and other skin issues. Besides, these fragrances are also not healthy, as the particles of them are directly going into our lungs. It’s better to do regular “toxic elements test” through blood tests to know how much concentration of these elements exist in the blood. If someone is using make up everyday or doing certain skincare that has these elements, they should do this test regularly. Better to switch to safer options if the skincare regimen demands regular use of the products containing these elements.

Most of us use cosmetics daily without even checking the ingredients. Chemicals like parabens and phthalates may seem harmless in small amounts, but over time and with continuous use, they might build up in the body and possibly lead to hormonal imbalances or skin issues. I think more awareness is needed people should be encouraged to read labels and go for safer, dermatologically-tested or natural alternatives whenever possible.

Yes it does affect our health. It’s better to always use natural products which nature has already given us like honey, turmeric etc. For some occasions its okay to put all these makeup on, but daily use is always not recommended.

The chemicals in our cosmetics are definitely affecting us in the long run, and we are likely the most affected generation there is despite the safety regulations we have proposed surrounding it. The commercialization of cosmetics and synthetic hygeine products are truly reaching alarming heights.

Not really. I can say it can be like more than 50% of our cosmetics chemicals cannot be as safe as if we use every single day.

I believe in giving my skin a “wash out period” as in break from the cosmetics or chemical Products. For example: if I use a particular product for 1-2 months then I dont use it again for the next 3 months. It is my way to detoxify.
