It actually depends on the individual doctor. Some are genuine and some are influencing people wrongly. Many doctors on social media are doing a great job educating the public and students. Before following all these information also check out other sources as they deals with one’s health and life . So don’t get easily influenced by the social media.

Some doctors in social media uses opportunities that are not verified to gain reach or popularity. This can mislead people. Health information should be shared with evidence and should not be influenced by personal or business motives.

Yes, today we can see many professional doctors using social media for creating knowledgeable and valuable contents for normal peoples. Which is really helping us to identify the root cause of our illness and how to treat it. They are also helping us in various situations as if we have a serious life threatening injury then with the help of the content provided by these professionals we can also find the best modern and latest techniques used and choose those particular hospitals who are providing such facilities.

I feel its good when the doctors are on social media they are creating contents and spreading the awareness , health care tips , knowledge about the medicines and diseases , life style modifications which is really helping the people where the doctors are not reachable by providing use with basic knowledge to prevent the disease . But they should be careful before posting any video do careful analysis and research of the topic they are talking whether it is wrong or write for the people wellness

Doctors do good things in social media they educate all people are aware of small things and save time and money because for every small things we go to hospital and paying fee is not worthy nowadays we put an comment we know the solutions and remedies but not everything is trusted we choose everything and proceed

I’ll start with the proverbs - Every coin has two sides. I guess this must have cleared the idea to some extent. The doctors at social media definitely help to educate the society. There are many live proofs for it. I personally follow some of them to gain medical knowledge. An honest doctor truly dedicated to his profession would never mislead.
In my opinion it depends upon the usage of social media by doctors and what content we are consuming. If we consume relevant sources, its a help.

According to my opinion , they make always thoughtful and relative healthcare tips .. Until date I don’t see any doctor making irrelevant content, even some doctors made content which actually connects health with spirituality!

doctors at social media helps to educate the society and many doctors helping the people in the social media through speaking in the telugu here the people who are not educated can easily understand. and clarifying them which is myth and which is true by sharing the 3d images and and also what good food habits do we have to follow for the specific disease and what we should eat and what we should not eat is also clearly explained with the charts in the social media. with my experience in the social media i can say that this is helpful for the people who dont know how to keep themselves healthy. but some of the other pages were to be created in social media to change our mind then at that time we have to be careful by clearly identifying about the details of the page and the doctor.

Now-a-days Social media is one of the most influential platform. As of now many doctors are using social media to understand the better health, awareness and busting myths. But when the public reaches with misinformation that may leads to the confusion. So I think its better for doctor’s to share only true and simple information rather than the complicated one’s.
