:hole: Dimple Over Spine?

Tiny dimple or tuft of hair on a newborn’s lower back?

:warning: Think spina bifida occulta — hidden neural tube defect
:magnifying_glass_tilted_left: May indicate:
• Tethered cord
• Lipomyelomeningocele
• Dermal sinus tract

:test_tube: Requires spinal US or MRI — never ignore subtle signs!
