Desire - The beginning of the achievement !

Enzo Ferrari was rejected by Fiat . But the desire for cars inside him never finished . Enzo Ferrari then in 1993 built Auto Avio Costruzioni which was later named as Ferrari .
Enzo’s desire was not a wish neither a hope it was a keen desire and passions for the cars .

In the same way to achieve your goals firstly you need a strong desire . There should be no plan B . Set the goal and follow it with your desire till the point you achieve it .

I would like to share my way of approach to convert my desire into my goal . So , my goal was to make myself a confident person with some medical skills .

  1. My desire was fixed ( to become a confident person with some medical skills ) .
  2. I analysed what i need to loose something to gain something ( there’s always something for something policy ) . I lost my comfort zone in return i desired for night shifts sometime continued night and morning shifts in the hospitals.
  3. I finalised a date - When I started to work I was in 2nd year and decided that i need to learn basic skills till the beginning of the 3rd year.
  4. I created a plan for eg. which books i need to read , which figital content should I watch and how can I bring it into practicality .
  5. The most important step - Manifestation . I used to write ( become a confident person with some medical skills ) twice a day.

Desires with state of mind of obsession and planning in definite ways without procastination and with enthusiasm with persistence which does not recognise failure can be converted into goals .

What do you think of achieveing your desires ? And what are your methods to act , let me know in the comments section

Your journey looks great with your hardwork and consistency. Burning desire is the key which will keep you going. I prefer slowly working on myself everyday learning something new which I can apply in my practice. Keeping goals as constant reminder.

Motivating post. Desire gives us direction, but discipline, planning, and consistent effort turn goals into reality.
