Creativity block

Ever since I chose Biotechnology, my workload has taken over my creativity time. Unable to balance my hobbies along with my studies, and whenever I find spare time, I cannot process new ideas for art. With the increasing workload, my creativity has faltered a lot. Any tips to get back up?

It’s completely natural to feel creatively drained when your studies are demanding so much of you especially in a field like Biotechnology, where brainpower and precision rule the day.

One tip that I would like to give is Schedule Joy - Sounds robotic, but assigning time for hobbies like you would for a lab task can make a difference. Treat your creativity like it’s part of your curriculum.

Rightly said. Scheduling your day just before the night along with all your interest, hobbies and studies - basically making to do list daily helps in such scenaries.

It can be really mind boggling but try to take sometime for yourself.

This can help you perform better even academically.

Indeed! Allocating a specific day or block of time in a week can be beneficial for your unattended hobbies and mental well-being.
