Yes i will feel active when i exposed to sunlight and i feel energetic. So in my opinion for the indoor workers, students they need to go for walking every morning so they can receive the sunlight.

Yes , you are absolutely correct sunlight is very essential for our brain and mind . Sunlight is also a great Source of Vitamin D which Support our brain and immune System
And Yes , I do Find change in my mood During when I take a Short Walk for around 15-20 Minutes . This Small Habit I think is a game-changer for me to boost my health
