Dopamine - Happy learning/Sleep.
Serotonin - Eat food.
Oxytocin - Spend time with family.
Endorphins - Music+Travel.

I feel like a combination of all too but I think dopamine and serotonin lifts my mood the most. Sunlight and accomplishing small goals everyday makes me happy.

I think Oxytocin and Dopamine play a huge role in regulating most people’s lifestyles day to day, I think those are the crucial ones for me.

I think i would have Oxytocin abd Endorphins it regulates my lifestyle.

I think it must be dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin.

All four hormones play a key role in maintaining emotional balance. Serotonin and dopamine help with mood and motivation, oxytocin strengthens social bonds, and endorphins ease stress and pain. So, we need everything in a balanced amount to live a healthy and happy,peaceful life.

No doubt all of them are important and they have specific roles in lifting our mood. But the most important one is serotonin in terms of keeping the mental health well, which is generally enhanced when we get adequate amount of sunlight, spend time in nature, practice meditation or mindfulness everyday for reflection and awareness. Serotonin plays an important role to keep our mind calm whatever the situation is. That’s the reason most of the anxiety and depression medications have serotonin in it. Rest of the other 3 hormones are for mood upliftment like dopamin hits gives you instant pleasure, endorphins make your pain go away and oxytocin makes you feel warm. But if serotonin is in healthy amount in your body, you can still go through your days. Other hormones add extra layers to your peace, contentment, and overall happiness.
