Early sunlight, till 9 am, is beneficial to us but after it it become harmful for us because of UV light radiation.

10-15 mins sunlight before 10am and after 4pm is good.
It produce vit D increasing immunity.
It is harmful between 10am-4pm.
During this time uv rays emitted by sun will cause damage to eyes, skin, will cause sun burn, etc.
To reduce the risk of sun exposure use cotton clothing, apply sunscreen.

To reap the best benefits from natural sunlight, people should check the UV index of the day and time they intend for sunlight exposure.
