I think maintaining good posture is really essential, especially while doing any physical activities or during sleeping. We can simply take an example of sleeping in an awkward position which will give you a stiff neck, back pain,etc. On the professional front, maintaining proper posture would contribute to a positive impression, conveys confidence and self assurance. So it is always good to maintain good posture to improve your physical health and professional etiquette.
Right! But let’s rethink - good posture means to be in your comfortable posture ( not as sitting up straight) and keep moving in between. If you are in a good posture like sitting up straight for long hours- these will also lead to strain in your body after a certain period of time. So what’s important is to keep moving in between!
