A 48 year old man presents with abdominal pain and watery diarrhea. Labs show a fasting serum gastrin of 800 pg/ml ( normal < 100 pg/ml). Secretin stimulation increases gastrin levels. What is the most likely diagnosis?

Some Gastrin secreting tumor comes to my mind.

gastrinoma (most likely non-MEN1 related)
