Likely diagnosis is acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
Management includes oral rehydration, antispasmodics for pain, antiemetics, light diet, and monitoring. Antibiotics only if bacterial infection is confirmed or severe symptoms persist.

Management?

May be irritable bowel syndrome

It would apply if it was a chronic condition.

after the experience of spasmodic pain and initial constipation, amebiasis patients present with watery stools. And fevers donโ€™t start until the constant loose stools with tenesmus in amebiasis.
Irritable bowel syndrome on the other hand shows irregularity for an extended period of time, causes deep stomach pains but not spasmodic in nature.
