Depends on your rank.Its better to have a target rank according to choice of your Branch and college.After that look for colleges with maximum patient flow and hands on learning experience with less toxicity in the department.
Focus on getting a certain rank according to your subject choice.
Once you achieve that then decide your college depending on the patient flow and working environment.
Keep in mind institution’s reputation, faculty expertise, research opportunities, clinical exposure, and financial considerations.
Visiting departments, talking to residents, and exploring alumni networks can provide valuable insights.
