Most common not to miss is acute appendicitis as missing this Dx is just not a good thing. However, most common causes include common causes are common issues, depending upon the age and gender.

The abdomen is divided into 9 regions.
The most common cause is different for each region.
By taking a thorough history and examination a good differential diagnosis and diagnosis could be made.

The type of pain , area and proper examination is needed.. this information is very limiting to obtain a diagnosis.
A thorough history, physical examination, and selective investigations are crucial for accurate diagnosis and timely management.
Abdominal pain shouldn’t be taken lightly. While appendicitis is common, differential diagnoses range from gastritis to ectopic pregnancy. Therefore thorough history taking and examination is necessary.
Acute appendicitis is not most common
But pain abdomen cases have to be properly examined and managed
