Maintaining balance means prioritizing sleep, regular meals, and short breaks. These habits help prevent burnout and improve consistency in studies.

Maintaining proper sleep schedule, staying hydrated, taking short breaks inbetween, avoiding junk food as much as possible and taking a good walk helps me stay active.

I’ve found that the only way to sustain this pace is to treat rest with the same discipline as study hours. Maintaining balance with proper sleep, exercise, healthy food is equally important.

Maintaining balance while study is bit a difficult task while you have moody mind..where you can just indulge into studies & forget about food or sleep or break..but your body needs that. And for that condition you have to plan or schedule your routine..

Making a routine, with proper time for everything is important, even if you study whole day.

Preparing yourself mentally first. It’s important because nothing gets inside the mind when your mind is not ready to take in that information.

Being calm helps to prevent stressing out or being anxious it can effect sleep too.
