People used to think that Limcee contains Sodium ascorbate that is manufactured in lab that is why Vitamin C tablet i.e. Limcee is cheap.

Just because Limcee contains sodium ascorbate doesn’t mean it is a cheap or inferior form of Vitamin C.
Sodium ascorbate is a buffered form of Vitamin C, which is less acidic than ascorbic acid and may be gentle on the stomach for some people. If we take Ascorbic acid directly it will cause acid reflux or irritation in gut. The sodium buffers the ascorbic acid so that it will become gentle for the stomach.
Both forms can effectively provide Vitamin C. The difference is basically in their acidity, not necessarily their quality or effectiveness.
And no, the presence of sodium ascorbate alone doesn’t tell you whether a supplement is good or bad. Quality depends on factors like purity, manufacturing standards, stability and quality testing.
Stop judging a supplement by one ingredient name and understand the science before calling it cheap.
Is it necessary to take Vitamin C supplement or we can fulfil the daily requirement naturally ?
