Brain fog

It is not just tiredness, forgetting simpler things. That brain fog can be linked to poor sleep hygiene, stress or even thyroid or vitamin deficiency.

True that. I have experienced brain fog and for me taking break to go outside in nature or taking a nap helps too.

In such situations, getting away from the work zone and taking out time for ourselves by taking breaks - is the only thing that can help.
Privatize yourself that’s it.

The best solution that can be done on a daily basis is meditation.
