Balancing rules with empathy for students

Every competitive exam comes with a set of strict protocols.

Students patiently wait and prepare for the exam, and yet sometimes a 2 min delay becomes a barrier to their dream? It’s not just about students; it’s also about the parents who patiently support their children, hoping and dreaming for their future.

As per the guidelines, sticking to all the protocols is mandatory, including the reporting time. But at the same time, thinking from the perspective of the family and the student, is it fair?

Circumstances may arise, delay can happen. But it feels both fair and unfair at the same time.

Is it right that a 2-minute delay in reporting to the exam centre crushes hours and years of dedication?
