I usually avoid afternoon naps because even a quick one somehow manages to ruin my night’s sleep. It’s like my brain thinks, “Oh, you already slept today, no need to sleep tonight!”
. I guess naps work wonders for some people, but for me, they’re just a sneaky way of stealing my proper sleep.
Nap is fine but it shouldn’t be more than 30 mins
And not just after meals
Atleast 1 hr post lunch
Then an energy boost
Or else it’ll just slow down metabolism and will become one of the causes for weight gain.
A short afternoon nap is definitely a good energy booster, it also aids digestion and calms the body.
