Addition of "Time and Pressure management" in syllabus

Generally students go through stress, burnout, pressure of performance, job search and maybe family problems, at a very young stage. If we add the time and pressure management topic in our syllabuses, it may help the students to manage their lifestyle further and may help in shaping their mental health.

These stressors can take a serious toll on their mental health and overall well-being. Integrating topics like time and pressure management into school and college syllabuses could empower students with essential life skills. If it can be added as subjects, it will be great. But even if not, then regular awareness sessions should be arranged, so that people know the techniques related to it. It’s very important that one should learn time and pressure management from college days, as this gets more once the work life comes into the picture and more ahead when along with that family responsibilities come in, it gets overwhelmed for anyone and besides that, it impacts both mental and physical health hugely then. Time and pressure management should be done in such a way that most important tasks of the day are completed first and then decide how to strategize the not so important tasks and the tasks that can be done later. Keep taking breaks in between allow space creation in the mind and also the body movement saves us from having a sedentary day, which is harmful.

This is a truly beneficial course to integrate into our syllabus, but knowing our system, they’d prefer to save time by not including such subjects.
