I totally agree with you there should be 1 or 2 days leave during menstrual cycle to take rest and feel better. So to take care and support there health it should be menstrual leave

Standing for hours during periods can be exhausted . One day rest support hormonal health and boost productivity.

yes its a very good idea and it will be helpful for each and every women because it is not easy to handle the things by ourselfs when we are in periods. so if they can consider the leave means we will be refreshed and again go back to the work with some stress relief.

Yes,Periods are really painful, Having just one day leave can make a big difference. It shows care and support. Colleges and offices should understand this.and provide 1 day menstrual leave,its very thankful.

People say that women should not have any kind of leaves during their periods because they are trying to become equal to mens and hence they should be given no leaves just like men.

But… do mens get periods? do men give birth? do men have those horrible period cramps? do men have hormonal imbalance and are an emotional mess?

We women don’t want to fight with men out there but instead we want to make out own identity. We are working because we got bills to pay just like men. We are working so that we have a say in our own life’s decisions.

A company wants it’s employees to be productive. You can’t be productive and creative, when you are bleeding and in pain.
