Yes it’s important as many women undergoes painful cramps on the first day itself.
If there is one day menstrual leave policy I’ll give rest to body and it shows that the company cares about the women colleagues.

I think it’s a very nice idea. As I think only girls can understand this how much a girl go through on the first day of the period. It’s both mentally and physically exhausting.

As a girl i really know what periods pain feels like , periods pain drains us both mentally and physically . I really feel menstrual leave is needed . Giving one day leave is a good step and more of the girls will appreciate it , buy one company taking initiative their may be chances that other organization may also take this bold step towards the health of woman.

Menstrual leave is very mandatory in college because girls are suffered with backache,nausea , vomiting, abdominal pain so they need some rest to withstand the problems

One day menstrual leave for women is necessary one and I thinks its a good idea because for many women,the frist day of mensturation can bring severe pain,fatigue,nausea and also emotional strian,so its good initiative.

But in my point of view there should be 2 days menstrual leave. Atleast a girl/ women need that 2 days leave for proper rest and bounce back to her work with full energy.

True that. Many females experience severe cramps and pain that results in drainage of their energy. A single day rest will be helpful enough to boost the energy and work better the next days. Otherwise, often female feel fully exhausted while those painful duration.

Before talking about menstrual leave I wish everyone around us should have proper knowledge about it. For ex: husband, boyfriend or father or brother or make friends
Every girl/ women will have lot of pain, mood swings, cravings. So I wish government should consider in giving 1 day leave atleast because by women pain and struggle in that cycle we humans are born

This is absolutely correct and beneficial strategy which will help women to take rest . At least one day menstrual leave policy should be implemented for women at school and workplace.
