Would you recognize a PANIC ATTACK -- If it happened to you?

@Aniket The idea was to start a conversation around it. With so many incidences across India, most people still do not understand how intense it can feel. It is important to create that significant compassion around this concern, so that everyone can truly understand what they might have never felt, but still can provide the helping hand to the other person who’s suffering.

@Aniket Extremely valid points you have highlighted. A confidential therapeutic counseling is very much needed in this case, because here a small vulnerability and a judgement can make the true wisdom of that healthcare professional look small in front of it. And that’s exactly the primary problem we need to deal with more than dealing with a panic attack.

Sometimes we go through chest tightness, racing heart, and breathlessness thinking it’s “just stress” but it’s actually a panic attack.
In high-pressure fields like healthcare, fear of judgment keeps many silent, but recognizing and addressing it can be life-changing.
