Mental health awarness!

Mental health is now a days a topic of discussion and people feel free to discuss about their problems without any hesitation of judgment. It is very important for a person to be healthy both mentally and physically but it is still not discussed the proper way not everyone knows about the do’s and don’ts for what to do if a person is suffering from panic attack or anxiety attack,etc.

It is important for us all to be aware about how to help others who are not mentally healthy. If we are mentally healthy the world around us is positive and joyous. One must know about how to handle themselves and others when feeling something different than everyday and consult a psychologist or psychiatrist for the best advice.

Talking about mental health is progress, but knowing how to respond during anxiety or panic is just as important. Awareness must turn into action and empathy.

Yes, to some extent people discuss freely about mental issues..But still a lot majority unable find out that they have any such issues..

Even though there are lot of pages and articles discussing about mental health it is still considered taboo. Also due to the lack of proper psychologists many people instead of getting a cure end up getting more trauma instead due to the poor behaviour of certain psychologists.

While I was struggling with mental health issues my main concern was to get an affordable psychologist to my needs. And this search was a long process. I guess it is because of this tiring process too that many are still reluctant to consult a psychologist.

we should be aware of our mental and physical health well becoz no one else will do it for u, there should be a open talk btw u n your mind to know what you are feeling, what u wish to do or how healthy your thoughts are
