Women’s health need changes throughout the life due to biological,hormonal, physiological,and different social factors. Understanding health concerns at each life stage help in early prevention, timely care and maintain overall health .

Hear are life stages of women :

  1. Childhood. (0-12) :
  • At this stage the physical growth takes place and also certain development happens.
  • The immune system also starts to build for that proper nutrition should be provided at the stage of childhood stage .

Common health Needs :

  • Balance diet rich in calcium and iron .
  • Proper vaccination should be taken on time to time
  • Proper hygiene and dental care should be maintained.
  1. Adolescence stage (13-19) :

At this stage the girl mostly come at certain stage where the reproductive system gets develop and the puberty is started . Their emotional and mental health also starts to develop

  • Menstrual irregularities can occur during the very first cycle.
  • Anemia

  • Certain hormonal changes occur during this stage.
  • The female should take care of herself in this stage to avoid chronic diseases.

Certain modification in lifestyle are must to avoid diseases. Also bone health monitoring should be done .

  1. Menopause (50+years) :

Hormonal imbalance takes place and the skin aging is also observed.

Osteoporosis , cardiovascular diseases.

Calcium and vitamin D intake is must , regular physical activity should be done to avoid health issues. Heart health should be monitored on weekly base. Also the mental health support is also needed.
