Quality sleep is not achieved by many students due to various reasons , out of which some are listed down .
- Stress / Overthinking - These activities keeps brain active during sleeping and proper rest can’t be achieved.
- Irregular Sleep schedule- No fix time of sleeping can disturb body clock.
- Late night awakening - Being awake late nights using phones or studying may reduce sleep hormone.
- Low vitamins or Iron- It may cause fatigue and weakness .
