Orthodontics must also be a difficult specialty as many patients feel dissatisfied. Just my observation, as I am not a dentist.

I would say oral and maxillofacial surgery(Omfs) .. as a bds graduate all you see is impaction, suturing in surgery dept.. but Omfs includes trauma reconstruction, tumor removal and much more extensive surgeries..

Although, I don’t posses much knowledge in dental field still something which involves suregery as well as cosmetic involvement can be tricky.
