When have you last checked your vitamin D level?

If you haven’t done it yet, it’s high time you did. Everyone knows that vitamin D helps improve bone strength, but did you also know it supports immune function? Low vitamin D levels are a risk factor for developing infectious diseases like tuberculosis, as well as cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal disorders. The main source of vitamin D is sunlight, although it can also be obtained from certain animal- and plant-based foods. The optimal range of vitamin D is around 30 ng/mL. So, go outside, get some sunshine, and rejuvenate your body!

I believe everyone should get it tested once in a year or 6 months

I checked mine before flying back to my university, it was less than needed. But the part of irony is the place where I stay, sunshine is a big event. Supplements? yes they help.
